Dr. George Charity Car Show Merchant Application

Vendors at the 2027 Dr. George Charity Car Show are prohibited from selling, displaying, or offering for sale any counterfeit, unauthorized, or infringing merchandise, including items that violate another person’s or company’s copyrights, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property rights. Vendors selling licensed or authorized merchandise must be able to provide written proof of authorization from the applicable trademark owner, manufacturer, licensing company, or authorized distributor. Proof of authorization must be submitted to the Car Show organizers prior to the event and may be requested at any time during the show. Any merchandise determined by Car Show Management to be counterfeit, unauthorized, or potentially infringing must be immediately removed from display and sale. Vendors who fail to comply may be required to close their booth and may be prohibited from participating in the event, without refund. Each vendor is solely responsible for ensuring that all merchandise they sell or display is authentic and legally authorized for sale.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and presentable booth space throughout the 2027 Dr. George Charity Car Show and for leaving their assigned space clean and free of trash, debris, packaging, displays, and other materials at the conclusion of the event. Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and materials from their booth space before departing the event. If event staff are required to clean up a vendor’s booth space or remove items left behind after the event, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card authorized by the vendor during registration. By registering as a vendor, the vendor authorizes the event organizers to charge the $100 cleaning fee when post-event cleanup is required due to the vendor’s failure to properly clean and clear their assigned space.
