Dr. George Charity Car Show Merchant Application

Food Vendors: January 9, 2026 | Retail/Non-Retail Vendors: January 19, 2026 | Applications received after December 1, 2025 will incur a $50.00 late fee.

  • Setup Times
    • Friday, 8AM-6PM
    • Saturday. 6AM-8am
    • No entry after 8:30AM day of the show
  • Takedown Times
    • Saturday 4-6PM
  • Merchants/Exhibitors must supply all booth equipment and power required. 
  • All spaces/booth rentals are required to operate throughout the entire show for the hours as posted.
  • Space Agreement: Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Palm Springs Cruisin Association will cooperate with merchants and exhibitors providing the best possible location for display based on early space reservations. 
  • Cancellations: Cancellations by email. Cancellations not received by PSCA prior to 5pm on January 30, 2026 will forfeit all money paid. To cancel, please email David Hernandez at dmh11185@gmail.com
  • PSCA reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit space applications. Merchants will receive a written confirmation of payment upon acceptance and received payment.

PSCA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE ALL MERCHANT APPLICATIONS.
